R\u00e9f\u00e9rencement des pr\u00e9parateurs de W124<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Dans les ann\u00e9es 80\/90 il \u00e9tait courant de faire modifier sa Mercedes-Benz chez un pr\u00e9parateur ind\u00e9pendant. Que ce soit pour augmenter la puissance du moteur, baisser le ch\u00e2ssis, rajouter un kit de carrosserie, personnaliser l’habitacle ou transformer totalement le v\u00e9hicule. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 AMG est a ce jour le seul pr\u00e9parateur ind\u00e9pendant dont Mercedes-Benz s’est attribu\u00e9e les services en 1999 en se portant acqu\u00e9reur de 51% du capital de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1968. AMG est devenue une filiale \u00e0 100% du groupe Daimler en 2005. Voici un tableau non exhaustif mais n\u00e9anmoins assez complet des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui ont \u0153uvr\u00e9 sur les w124 \u00e0 des degr\u00e9s divers avec des r\u00e9sultats pas toujours de bon gout il faut bien l’avouer. Les crit\u00e8res d’admission de l’Amicale n’acceptent que 5 pr\u00e9parateurs : AMG, Brabus, Carat by Duchatelet, Carlsson et Lorinser.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n

1 : Style visuel int\u00e9rieur \/ ext\u00e9rieur (exemple spoiler, \u00e9largissement d’aile) sans modifications majeures de la carrosserie et du ch\u00e2ssis.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2 : Modification importante de la carrosserie : empattement, transformation en limousine, cabriolet etc.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3 : Mod\u00e8les particuliers. Voiture refaite pour ressembler ou non \u00e0 un autre mod\u00e8le existant.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4 : Modification du ch\u00e2ssis : Rabaissement des suspensions, \u00e9largissement des voies le tout n’est pas obligatoirement li\u00e9 \u00e0 une personnalisation de la carrosserie.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
